Introduction
- These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the conditions for using the “Homunity” App available at https://homunity.am (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) in the relations between ART-RESIDENCE Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the user of the App (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
- The App is owned and administered by the Company. It is intended exclusively for the internal use of members of the respective condominium (residents or property owners) and does not serve any commercial or public purposes.
- All relations arising in connection with the use of the App are governed by these Terms and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia. If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must discontinue using the App.
